This moving company aren’t people of the word. They committed to move me then John Craft called me back at the last minute and cancelled. While I had a satisfactory move with this company previously there business practices aren’t the same. I will use another moving company going forth.
My parents used them and liked them a lot. We used them and they were a very good company, I would use them again.
Great movers and good service
I would not recommend. This company was not cooperative at all when I had an issue.
This was our second move with Kraft and we were equally as happy with the service they provided each time. Mr Kraft actually accommodated is by moving us up a day earlier than we had planned. They showed up when they said they would and worked all day. The men were friendly and respectful. I was amazed at how quickly they loaded the truck. They know how to move heavy items and secure items with plastic wrap and moving blankets. It was a snow/rain mix and there was no mess because they put down a long carpet of sorts to keep the flooring protected. Our first move was from one state to another and this one was just a few miles. The money spent on moving is far worth it. They show up, are insured and don’t complain. Shout outs to Erick, Leon, Mike, and JD. These men were fantastic movers and kind to our children at the same time. We can’t say enough positive about this company/service.
