I was at the Verizon store in my town dreading it. I was so happy to have this awesome sales woman. Her name is Hannah. She was so efficient that she helped me and at the same time helped another man while not ignoring me. I hope if I go in again that she is the sales person I get.

Hannah R. did a great job getting my boyfriend and his sister new iphones 12s today! Zero sales pressure. She was very knowledgable about the new iphones and their features. She even stayed past closed to make sure the contents of the old phones were transferred. She was extremely nice. She did a great job taking care of other customers as well as us at the same time. We highly recommend her!
Madison helped us at Decatur Indiana store. She was so patient and knowledgeable and helpful with. Us even though we forgot all of passwords
My wife and I went into the store, Joe was the best, he walked us through switching my phone line over to Verizon ... He was so patient with me, switched all my icons, contacts, and photos.
