The store manager and the other employee were terrific! They were super polite and respected my home! Our in store experience was also great! They were very helpful and helped my husband and I find exactly what we were looking for!

The store manager is nothing but a child, just because I quit working there cause I was nothing but being treated like a slave. And wasn’t going to move up in the company. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THE SALEM STORE!!!!!
Had a refrigerator on hold went in on day i was to get it and they had sold it the day before. Out from under me had words with one of the young guys. Walked out wont go back bought one from Grobys and looking at buying some furniture
