Emerald Moving

10 stars if I could! Emerald moving and storage made our move so seamless from start to finish! Price was reasonable. Times were quoted very accurately. Truck showed up right on time. Tanner and Sawyer worked fast and efficient and cared for our stuff as if it were their own. They were both friendly and awesome to work with! I highly recommend using this company!

I could not think of any better service for moving. Scheduling was easy. Very prompt. I've moved with them twice and have a 3rd move scheduled. Every time they are on time, get to work right away. No time is ever wasted. They emptied an entire apartment and two storage units. They did everything they could to protect our door frames and stairs. Very professional and hard working young men. I would highly recommend them as evidenced by the fact that I now have my 3rd move with them scheduled.

Sandy is awesome. The four young guys were super nice and Jordan managed them well. It seemed they knew what they were doing but we discovered after the move that my antique dresser had a gouge in it and every piece of furniture had minor scratches or broken. They gave me $200 off for the dresser but really I think a little more training about care of peoples valuable stuff would have avoided this. That same high boy they moved with drawers full and I think it was to heavy for them. Don't get me wrong they were strong but I think that is why the dresser was damaged and to much stress on the structure. When we moved it two months later four less buff guys had to take the drawers out or the legs would have broke right off. I know they told me that they re-assemble furniture and unhook and hook up appliances. They damaged a very nice day bed either taking apart or putting together. Stripped a screw and scratches fortunately it backs up to a wall.nWasher and dryer-they hooked it up incompletely and about a week later we discovered the dryer was not exhausting outside but into the room and the about two weeks later the wash machine drain hose popped out of drain fortunately I was in the kitchen when the water started running out from under the laundry closet. We were fined by apartment management.nThey left a wrench, a few moving blankets, carpet protection, furniture wrap and blue tape. They took our storage unit key, I have asked four times for it and a box of important kitchen stuff is missing.nSo overall, nice people, but sorta careless, young guys. Got the job done but were not thorough.

We had Emerald Moving come out to do the heavy lifting for our move. Sam, Aaron and Sawyer were extremely efficient in the loading process and drop off. All our furniture was handled with care and properly secured in the truck.nnPrior to coming out Sandy confirmed the appointment and the time the team would be showing up.nnThe entire process with Emerald was smooth and simple, which was greatly appreciated during the chaos of moving.

Jordan and his crew were fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about this company and these movers! The price was excellent and I felt that I got exceptional service. They handled my belongings with care, and took direction from me on fragile items when needed. I was incredibly impressed. They made quick work of my 2 bedroom apartment and made sure to be careful when moving my belongings. They were extremely well prepared for the job, also. I was so grateful for their service and their professionalism. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
