Nice facility. A little bit awkward getting to the keypad to enter through the gate. Definitely a challenge if someone is trying to leave. The staff were very polite and professional.

Having just recently relocated from Nevada I unexpectedly needed to fly out to help my sister with our father's illness rapidly declining. I was in need of a unit to store my belongings throughout my absence, and found Lynn to be very helpful in getting me exactly what I was looking for and she got me in and out quickly for reasonable cost. Been here several times with a friend. The staff has been very helpful to her and the place is tidy.

Let me start by saying there is no place in town I would rather do business with. We have had our household items stored here for several months. After coming upon some hard time financially mixed with an unexpected surgery for my wife we got behind on our payments. Honestly, to the point where our stuff was scheduled to be auctioned. Despite the fact that our unit was up for auction the day after I went in to talk to them they were more than willing to work with us to get it caught up. The staff at this location is absolutely wonderful to deal with. Pleasant experience every visit. Thank you Sarah and Northwest Self Storage in general for be so understanding and willing to assist my family. It means a lot. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a storage solution.
