Northwest Self Storage

I have rented space at this location twice in the last two years. Both times the staff has been very helpful with choosing the correct size of unit as well as efficient with setting up paperwork and billing. My most recent experience was with Nathaniel - he was easy to work with around logistics issues as my kids are not returning to UO. I would 100% recommend this team and location. It is easy to get in and out of and is near the airport.

I wasn't out of the gate by exactly 9p... unfortunately my battery died on my phone in my pocket and so the alarm I set didn't go off obviously. I was about a half hour late getting out. I was called by the gentleman working the next day and scolded as if I was a child and had his happen numerous times. This was the first time. I was also informed that I'd be put on office hours if it happened again. Because of the disaplineing parental demeanor of the gentleman that called me I have decided to remove my items from their facility and not return. Very rude of this company's employee and the company has no flexibility its not where I want to pay monthly to be spoken to like I'm a child for one unfortunate circumstance.

Customer service great. So grateful to get a nice storage area. Appears very secure.

I reserved using the online process, and when I got to the physical location it remained just as easy. Great experience all around!
