Just went here. Hispanic young male emplyee is RUDE im taking my business to the green river road ATT. I have been to this newburgh store multiple times before and have never been treated this way wont be back if this person is working.. treat people like you want to be treated...don't argue with the customer about petty things
Unfortunately only one worker so not able to get help and was with another customer. Could have been 45 minutes until finished. So no interaction with any worker. Wanted to buy two new phones but I guess Ill have to go to another store.

We had impeccable service. The manager was friendly and attentive not only to us but everyone in the store. He made switching plans super easy and stress free.
Door where locked, no one would let anyone in the store, I was there at 9/19/20 430pmnStore hours were open to 8pm?
