I always had the greatest connections with Sarah. Always carried energy and sounded friendly and welcoming. She well informed me on policies and made everything easy and convenient through auto pay. I only have two business cards in my wallet and hers is once off them and I will continue to hold onto it for future business.

The rental process was easy! There was an online deal that didn't work, but we called the location and they sorted this out the same day with no difficulty. The facility and the unit were in good condition and I am confident that we will have a good experience going forward. The location manager was friendly and helpful, I also feel confident that should we ever have an issue she will be available to take care of us.

The manager is very friendly, and very helpfull, I have a rental unit here and it feels very secure.

We had a great experience here at Northwest Self Storage. My husband and I moved from the east coast and seamlessly got a storage unit the first day in town. Great, friendly management from Melanie and a very nice facility is what you can expect from this place. We highly recommend!!
