Walmart Pharmacy

If I could use another pharmacy, I would. But unfortunately I’m stuck at this one due to my insurance through my husbands work. The wait times are insane, and the customer service is HORRIBLE. I’ve complained about this several times over the past 2 years, and nothing changes. If you can go to another pharmacy, DO IT.

I have been using the Newburgh pharmacy for just over a year and 95% of the time there is an issue. Before that we used the Walmart pharmacy in Hendricks County, IN. Both locations were less than adequate.nWhether it is having the drive thru down, employee incompetence, mistakes on charges or just simply an EXTREMELY long wait time there always is something.nDue to Tricare ending their contract with CVS I moved to Walmart to save money but they somehow can never run my prescriptions thru both of our insurances! I’ve started moving all of our prescriptions back to CVS because I would rather deal with a pharmacy that has their act together and pay a little more for my peace of mind.nBut I do love Walmart’s pick up grocery! Maybe have whoever runs that work out your problems in the pharmacy. :)
