Hot Spring Spas of Eugene

We needed some salt and test strips so I went to the new location of Hot Spring Spas of Eugene on W 11th. The space is great, inside and outside. Much more spacious, airy and light. I got great service from friendly staff and all my questions were answered. We recently had our cover replaced and the at home service was great too!

I could not be more thrilled with my new jet setter and the experience I had with Lisa and crew! They all are so very kind, professional and made getting my spa during this pandemic a breeze and a relief!nIt's been a true gift to be able to relax in it during times of such stress.nI highly recommend Hot Springs Spas of Eugene.

These guys/girls are awesome!!nI somehow got same day service and they just really went out of their way to get my hot tub up and running! Great customer service! My technician - Steve Bates was a great guy and was very knowledgeable about every question I had regarding the tub- thanks to all of you for a great experience- I highly recommend this company for all of your spa needs!

Great place for a soak. Wish there was one on the coast.
