Estes Express Lines

We have used Estes 3 times over the last year and every time has been a poor experience. I am uncertain weather or not this is JUST the Eugene location or not but they never seem to pick up their phones, have to be harassed to get freight picked up and have NEVER been on time. Just this week we had scheduled a pickup at 9am for by the end of the day at 5pm. They didn't even show up until we had called them twice, both after 5 and one was on hold for over 30 minutes, just for them to show up at 6:10. I would strongly recommend going with another carrier if you are needing freight shipped out from the Eugene area.

Company has been great with delivering to my business, and when delayed delivery arose due to staffing issues, was quickly helped with a curbside pickup of my freight. Thanks to Dylan and Jeremy who had all my product quickly set aside so I could pack and go.

They deliver motors to us sometimes, and sometimes we need to pick them up at the terminal.
