PODS Moving & Storage

Greedy greedy company. Overpriced containers, no moving fee included in price, it's $65 to move on top of high prices. Delivery drivers don't follow Covid guidelines. Renewals are absurdly expensive. Customer service is rude and condescending. Bad company. Go with another service, trust me. Im a very patient person and understanding of cost and service but the containers are beat up, everything cost extra, there's no wiggle room on cost, and they even charge to pick up their container. Just awful. Would have been cheaper to rent a Uhaul by a long shot.

We had a great experience at this location. Our POD was always out on time for every container access appointment with plenty of space to access the POD. Every interaction we had with staff has been pleasant. Jeff even picked up our bicycle we accidentally left out and brought it in to ensure it didn't get stolen between dropoffs.

Jeremy at the warehouse is awesome. I could not have asked for someone who cares more. He went out of his way to get my container put in the access lot so my wife and I could grab our stuff before Christmas. 100% solid guy and truly appreciate him and his team.

I stop at the you Eugene location for pick up container, but at 3pm was close. After arrive Pods driver, I was trying ask him why it's close so early, but hi start yelling go back to the truck and stay in the truck!nI'm not a dog! It's harassment!!!!

They said they would deliver on FRIDAY. Won't deliver until Monday now! We are without beds, clothes, blankets, and etc. The Eugene office did NOTHING to help. We made the move from Eugene to Florence. BEWARE, I would never suggest doing bussiness with them ever again. They do not care about the customer. The whole exsperience from start to finish was BAD NEWS. From the pick up to delivery. Even got to exsperience being scolded and threatened a $600 fee, not to the person who ordered the pods but to his youngest daughter. HORRIBLE.
