I couldn't be happier with the service Roy provided. He is super knowledgeable and extremely reasonable on price. He responded quickly when I reached out to him and we set a date and he was there on time. He even let me know when he was heading my way. Honestly, I can't say enough about how happy I am with what he's done for my piano. Full recommendation.nnThis is a couple months after my initial review. Roy has been back to ensure my piano is at it's best. He has put forth the time (at no extra cost to me) to do a second tune on my piano since it was so far out of tune from years of neglect the first time. He cleaned the piano and then replaced a string.

Roy was punctual and professional. He spent extra time tuning our new ro us piano. He was very nice and patient getting us scheduled even after I had to change the date two times. I am very happy with our experience and would highly recommend Harmonic Piano Service.

Love working with Roy! He is the most knowledgeable in his business by far. He also is an excellent musician himself, having played at several venues in the area, including ours for the grand opening. He’s always punctual and professional!

My piano was badly out of tune, so I reached out to Harmonic Piano Service. Roy promptly responded to my inquiry on the Facebook page, and quickly fit me into his schedule. On the day of my appointment he arrived on time, despite having to drive over 30 minutes to my home. He got right to work, and patiently tuned each key to perfection, which was quite a task as the piano hadn’t been tuned in years. He finished off by cleaning it, and then played us a beautiful song! His service is very reasonably priced and he brings all of his own equipment. We will definitely call him for all of our future needs. Thank you, Roy, for restoring the beautiful sound of my piano!

Roy was polite, thorough, and professional. Our piano had not been tuned in at least 20 years. He was happy to do the work (not annoyed that I had waited too long). My son was home sick when he came for the tuning, and Roy graciously let him watch the work and explained some of what he was doing. I've already scheduled the next tuning. Our piano now looks and sounds beautiful!!!
