Joshua and Steven took great care of me tonight. I originally came into the store tonight just to switch my sprint SIM card for a T-mobile SIM card and they inform of a wonderful deal on my account with the iPhone 12 pro max. Steven did a great job of making sure everything was explained correctly about the deal and even calculated what my monthly bill would be. Steven sold the deal so well that I had to come back and take the deal. Steven got me all set up and ordered my new phone in a timely fashion. Both were very friendly and maintain all COVID guidelines while making my experience a great one!
Great customer service. Personal and understanding. Had a nice long chat while I waited for my phone to transfer so I was never bored for a moment. Great bunch of guys. Steven checked me out and Josh kept me company!
Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. If they were unsure of an answer to a question, they asked someone else in the store to get an answer immediately. All of the staff at this location is exceptional.
Josh was beyond amazing in fixing a crazy mistake that happened at another store. He spent hours finding a solution and making sure everything got taken care of. Thanks!
Stood on line for at least 30 min. All I had was a question. The reps were with other customers. In no hurry to finish. Finally one came over to get my name and I started to ask my question. He excused himself for a phone call he was receiving for his customer. Sounded like it was a problem that should have never happened because previous repnDidn't get it right the first time. I am disabled and it's painful for me to stand. I had to leave.
