The store is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great prices on their products. The interest is lower than any other stores we have been in.
Horrible communication. Worst customer service ever. I asked them to call me before they came the day of delivery. No call. But I was home. Now 3 months into it. The purchase has been junk. And they dont have a service tech. So they send delivery drivers. Who I'm sure are exhausted in this heat working all day. But they cant even give me a call. I specifically told them I work nights. And they gave me a 4 hour window. Again, They show up. No call. And Tim is calling me a liar. I'm not very happy with this place at all!!!!
Went to a job interview though is was not right for me this is s business whetr you can rent to own alot of great stuff. I wanted one of the TVs while on my interview. Great place for really nice items. A,+ for the inventory they carry.
Friendly nice polite they seem to be willing to work with you and I would recommend that people go to the store and see for yourself it's easy to get products there I will pay off what I owe and I am going back
Fast service to get my Xbox one. The controller kind of skips though. May have to take it back to exchange it but other than that it's all good.
