Tried to tell me false information to get me to commit to coming to their company. I was shopping around and wanted information. I was told that if I left my current company that I could leave them without paying for my phone that I had a contract on. This was false information and could have caused me a lot of problems. I was also told that I would get great service. They rent out tower space. If they rent from Verizon them they don't have priority on that tower. Verizon customers get the best service and if there is space then Metro comes next that is why metro sometimes drops calls. Metro doesn't have enough capital to have their own towers. You get what you pay for. If you just want a phone for calls and don't want to use great amounts of data then this is your place. Also no hotspot.

Every time some thing went wrong with my device i always got good services keep in mind Transparency do not conform to the pattern of this world,but be transformed by the renewing of the mind!then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is his good,pleasing and perfect will Amen!

Store and employees are great. 4G at WMV at 8th st and Davis Ave..not so good.
