I love the service metro provides along with their employees so very cheerful and makes the customers feel welcome
Amazing company with the nicest employees. Not to mention their boss LJ. Extremely nice and tries to work with his customers. They always try to get you the best deal. Cheap prices for family plans for unlimited data. Definitely worth a stop in to see if it's something you'd be interested in.
I have been with Metro for some time now, was arguing with my cousin last week as a matter of fact about how I was satisfied with my service this past week has been wild.. I was lied to about a promotion, in which someone should be taking accountability for...Got that straight on the 3rd when I paid my bill only to get shut off this morning for $7.66 as if that could not have showed up when I was there for two and a half hours... Seriously thinking about taking my service with four lines somewhere else...The accountability and attention for the customer is what I expect out of a business and there just isn't a price on that.
The service is terrible! They say they're the fastest service but it's so slow! Sprint was way better than this!
The man who owns this rips people off. He makes you think you're getting a bundle but really you're paying for the full price of the phone plus extra. The prices here are good if you get an honest worker.
