I took my Samsung Galaxy Tab A in to get my screen replaced on March 18th. 6.5 months later, I still don't have it, and they have no idea when the screen will be in. On top of that, too many times, they have stated that they would call me back, and never have followed through with a return phone call. To me, this is neither professional, nor is it good business practise.
If you drop something off they will never call you I called and called about my item I even went in to check someone said he would have him call me he never did call they keep people stuff
Not trust worthy
I have had them work on several laptops for me and it has always been a positive experience. They are courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and and affordable! Best Prices in Town!!!!
These guys always do a great job on my computer repairs. They may not be the fanciest place in town, but they know their business. One great policy they have: if the fix doesn't work, you don't pay for labor. Recently, I had a laptop go bad and we tried a couple of fixes and it just wouldn't work. Motherboard fried. They only charged me for the $20 part and even pulled out the hard drive for me. For free. Thanks
