Unfriendly service and very unsanitary, especially during COVID.
First time here and loved it! Soooooo good! Clean store employees not so friendly but overall awesome fro-yo trip! Will definitely be back! Try the cake batter...you wont be sorry:)
I love Menchies but was very disappointed last night (2/2/2019). The place was very dirty, floor had not been cleaned, all trash containers needed emptied, and the tables were filthy! The young lady working the counter was more interested in her phone than her service to her customers. She even left the store for about 5 minutes while we were there! I will go back again but if this continues they will lose a very loyal customer.
Love getting froyo from here. Great selection of flavors, add ins, and staff is always nice.
Very quick service, since it is self serve. Watch how much you put in your bowl and you pay by the ounce. And those extra toppings can add up quickly. If you don't see many flavors you like the first item you go, try going back again. As they do change out flavors from time to time.nnAdded bonus is you are right next door to three different restaurant/fast food places and even more near by. So you can make this a after dinner spot.
