Our CD player would not eject a CD which then drained our car battery. The folks at Dr. Dashboard worked me in and unplugged the fuse. We were given options and chose to purchase a new sound system. The folks there are professional, considerate and timely. I especially appreciated Rick's personal kindness to me. Needed a new radio for my truck. They showed me the options and the best fit. Went over the cost, installation and how everything would go. Made the appointment and was done before their estimated time. They showed me the features and helped me connect to my phone. From start to finish, they were helpful, professional and made the transaction very easy. I very much recommend Dr Dashboard for you audio needs. 10/10!
Great customer service. Remote start was installed to work with my factory Toyota key fobs. Best Buy could not do this and wanted to give me a separate fob along with my factory fob. They communicated everything to me up front and were very friendly.
Customer service was outstanding and associate was very knowledgeable of the products and made great suggestions. The install was seem less and looks awesome! I will definitely be bringing more business to Dr Dashboard.
