The service was wonderful. Scotty was so helpful, he is a wonderful person if you need help. Scotty was a wonderful person. My phone has never messed up. I have been with Metro for years, i will never go to another cellular service but them. I was never lied to by any associate that worked there. Nice friendly service. I've even bought alot of speakers there and other stuff. They help me with everything i need. Loved my visit yesterday and going back today. Thank you all that work there.

Went in with a billing concern, Scotty took care of the issue on sight which amazed me. T-Mobile will have my business for a while. Great customer service.

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!!! Purchased a Stylo 5 in February, screen went out of it out of nowhere. Called metro for help and spent over an hour on the phone with them trying to get proof of purchase to get my factory warranty that came with my phone. Was told to go to the store I purchased it from and I explained that I had been by there and called several times and they were no help and I later on found out the store I was trying to contact had been shut down!!! So, I was directed to the Covert Ave store and Matthew was AMAZING!!! He was on it!! LG told me 2 weeks, Matthew had my phone replaced in 3 days!!!! Was very considerate and helpful and I will do ALL my business at this location from here on out.. He deserves a promotion and a raise just for the way he treats people and the compassion and consideration he displays.. He doesn't give excuses, he finds solutions!! Im so BLESSED and Thankful that he was the representative that I interacted with. THANK YOU SO MUCH MATTHEW!!!
