The quality of of visit was excellent. Devon was very helpful, knowledgeable, and worked until we ultimately got what went in for. He remained calm and focused regardless of the fact he was working completely alone, had several customers and had to answer all phone calls,
We have a phone in our family of 5 that is at&t per kiddos request. Upon arriving at the store they only had one rep on site..and 8 shoppers in front of me.nWe decided to leave and come back after Iunch.n1.5 hours later 3 orginal shoppers were still there..nJust wish they had more reps instead of one..and it isn't covid because this was the same thing in February.

Sim cards were not activated for two days, first day took me around 30 minutes, only to find out the sim cards werent working in their stock, got told if i came back the next day, itd be fixed, came back the next day, not working, got told to come back next day and itll be fixed, came back, it was closed before hours, went to t mobile and got it done in 5 minutes instead, the staff were friendly, but corporate not having the sim cards ready is ridiculous
Stopped in at the main AT&T store and there were lots of employees but few customers, but I was told there was a 45min wait, so I left and came directly to this store. I am glad I did. I didn't have to wait 45min to get assistance. AUSTIN G was helping another customer when I came in, so I sat down and waited no more than 10min if that long. Once Austin was free he assisted me with some tablets that I needed to get online. Austin was super friendly, very knowledgeable and made what few things I needed to get done very simple and painless. Austin made my night a very happy one and from now on, I will be coming to this location for any and all other needs.
