I've only purchased online from Moore, but the experience was great. They offered fair and transparent prices, quick communication, and fast & free shipping (during the holiday rush). The guitar was great and as advertised - appreciate that the pictures they use are the actual guitar. Threw in a couple small goodies and local coffee. Would recommend them for anyone in the market for a new guitar.

I purchased a Gibson Les Paul Standard from Moore Music's website and I couldn't be happier with the phenomenal price and service. The guitar looks and sounds incredible. Moore's staff took every precaution necessary and shipped it with extra care. The guitar arrived with a checklist detailing which tech set it up and which tech performed the final inspection, along with the signature Gibson hard case and a bag full of goodies. Highly recommend!

I went in for the first time today. The store is beautiful, I was greeted immediately, the 2 staff I interacted with were genuinely friendly, and they are keeping it Covid safe by offering masks, hand sanitizer, and not letting people touch everything while still letting me play the bass I aksed to try out. It was a 5 star visit for sure. I recommend them highly.

Went in here for a variety of reasons, never in my life have i seen more outrageous prices and terrible quality customer service. I attempted to sell a few things and they essentially laughed at what I brought them, refused to give me an offer, and wasted my time. They have the same items that I bought for 2-3x what I paid for them. If your going to shop for musical instruments for you or someone else, do not give Moore Music your business. I never thought that I'd be saying this but go to guitar center, prices are better, and I'd rather deal with teenagers than with owners who think they are better than you.
