This store handled a tricky question beautifully--wish all merchants adopted same attitude!
Very pleasant salesperson. Like my chair. Got the wrong instruction book. Called the manufacturer who sent the same wrong instructions. Fortunately the two young men who delivered the chair also delivered verbal instructions.
Great store, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery service is excellent and super friendly and professional.
Purchased a recliner and have later gone in for advice about how to achieve comfort. The staff, particularly Jimmy Stewart, always took more than adequate time to find a solution. I've always felt their interest.
Relax the Back has a great in store selection of chairs. Heather, Brooklyn and Jimmy all worked with me to find the best chairs to meet my needs for neck and back support.It took some time for me to make a decision and they were all patient and helpful. Josh and Daniel delivered my chair, got it set up and working. I had some difficulty with the remote after they left and Daniel came straight back and fixed it.
