Rude employees and when you call they're super rude as well.
The store was extremely crowded! When I signed in on the little tablet at the front door it did not tell me it did not take my name therefore I waited and one of the salesperson's noticed I had been sitting there for quite some time and he did not think that my name was on the list so he come up he approached us while still working with another customer and said that he would take care of us which we would have been the next person in line before anybody that was on the list. He came up and he helped us and did a fabulous job after waiting for an hour to get assistance he helped us out and we were out with in 15 minutes.
In these times, the manager went above and beyond in helping me with a problem.
