Very Friendly! Knowledge and able to match me with a phone I need.
Never open when they are supposed to be.
The only reason I’m giving one star is because zero isn’t an option. They’re unprofessional and rude. They will lie to you and go against store and company policy just to keep your money.
Went to get a phone here and they had NONE.. Left a phone number and never received a call, nothing.. Was told there were no phones in the tristate.. Went to different location and they had plenty of phones. Found out they are all independent owned. So, do yourself a favor and just bypass this location.
I will truly be happy only when i can afford to switch back to AT&T. Metro is lot less expensive. If price point is important, then metro is 4 maybe 5 star.
