Staff was great. Helpful and knowledgeable. The boots I returned were too small, but the exact style and size on the shelf fit (ordered a pair online that didn't fit). But the pair in the store that fit (only pair in my size) were discolored (one boot of the pair). Money was refunded with no hassle. Did end up buying a pair from the backstage dept. And 2 pair of socks.

During a recent visit to the Evansville Mall Macy's Store, while waiting for help with a new fragrance selection, I was afforded the opportunity to observe how the sales clerk on duty delt with the customers ahead of me. I was very impressed to say the least. Ms. Jennifer, was very knowledgeable, helpful, curtious and kind to every customer. She notably took the time and asked the questions to ensure that all of our immediate purchase needs were adequatly met. I can confidently say that I love the products I chose and that Ms. Jennifer provided a very comfortable and enjoyed purchasing experience. For me, in today's atmosphere, I will always choose to spend my time and money where I know I will be helped by wonderful people like Ms. Jennifer... Found great deals especially on clearance racks. Workers are nice and kind and very helpful. Everything wasn't expensive as I thought.

Wonderful people work here. I called asked them to hold something overnite. They did an called me by name when I walked in to pick it up...ty 4 all the help and 4 being so curious.
