Metro by T-Mobile

I went into this location to replace my screen protector, which had cracked. I interacted with an employee, Christian. For the $12 screen protector, I used my card and entered my PIN and was told the transaction did not go through so I paid in cash. My card was charged and he proceeded to claim the next day that it didn't happen. Save yourself the trouble of an employee who goes out of their way to pocket $12 and go to a different location. (He also nearly broke my phone replacing the screen protector, which is the exact opposite way every other employee at Metro has handled my phone.)

Libby, the store Manager, was tremendously helpful to me. She listened to my problem & patiently worked with me to solve it. Her customer service skills are excellent. She was friendly, polite, & efficient. I am so grateful to Libby for treating me with respect & solving my problem.

Slow employees who don’t seem to know what is going on. I bought a hotspot and a plan with it. I paid full price for the router after I was told I would get a discount. Then I was told my plan was $75. Just logged into my account they hit me with 110 plan. I was lied to more than once on this visit. I will be calling corporate and not returning.

I just Karen'd the manager p hard lmao. OSHA has been notified of your repeated mask violations. Corporate has been notified of your refusal of payment (and repeated mask violations). Have a nice day power-tripping losers.

Went in for a new phone today. The employees who helped me, Libby and Shaun, provided stellar service. Super friendly, helpful and the experience made me feel like taking the time to write this review. If I were the manager, I'd do whatever it takes to keep them on my staff.
