T-Mobile

Want to start with the fact that I rarely leave reviews unless an employee or team member truly goes above and beyond (I've worked in sales and customer service for 8 years, so it has to be really good or really bad to make an impact on me!). We came in looking to upgrade, and had the pleasure to spend the next hour or so getting everything sorted out with Najd. Najd is seriously the MVP, the life of this location. He made sure our 3 year old was entertained, was genuinely kind, and most importantly was accommodating of our needs and time. Najd made sure we left with the best deal on our phone plan and a free tablet. Perhaps the most amazing aspect of all of this was that he never neglected us while assisting at least 4 other customers and being on hold with customer service for our devices. Every customer I witnessed him work with left with their questions answered and the tech they needed. Najd was hustling and running that store by himself, and doing a fantastic job. He deserves a raise/promotion/bonus. Seriously I have no desire to work with anyone else going forward!nnWhat needs to be addressed by upper management however, were the 2 other employees who were supposed to be there. Poor Najd had to walk into the back room multiple times to ask for his teammates help because he was the only one on the floor and he couldn't physically take care of all of the customers at once. The other two employees looked bored, were unable or unwilling to do much to assist, and kept disappearing into the back. At one point someone was back there yelling, pretty loudly, about a disagreement they were having. I felt terrible for Najd, he was doing the best he possibly could given the circumstances and staff he had working with him, and was so apologetic for everything (even though it was not his fault and totally out of his control).nnAnyway 5/5 stars for Najd, thank you for everything!

Lalo at VRC did such an amazing job helping us find exactly what we need and he navigated the cheapest and most efficient way to do so. LALO NEEDS A RAISE!!! We felt welcome and after a long day of frustration over a new phone, Lalo was our savior. Great customer service, very knowledgeable, and funny too. 10/10 recommend.

This guy Austin was absolutely super helpful, really well mannered and courteous and caring about my phone situation. I was in the store the day before and the phone I bought from ebay wouldn't work with a sim card. I returned the next going crazy cuz I had no phone for 24 hours. He helped me pick out the phone of my choice and set it up. I walked out of there feeling like I had the best customer experience in the world!! Yes Austin was that good!!Thank you Austin I appreciated your patience and help!! This Tmobile is a beautiful store!!! I LOVE TMOBILE!! BEEN WITH THEM FOR OVER 15 YEARS

I've always raved personally how much I've liked T-Mobile for their customer service and they once again delivered when I needed to make changes and bring additional people on with me, specifically kudos to Lalo for helping me with all the extra steps with getting my number off one plan, transfering my partner's number from another provider, and even helping me take advantage of an extra line promo going on at the time and giving me advice on the best way to go about upgrading devices when we're ready, we'll definitely be back soon for new phones!

Najd was our representative who helped us out usually i don't enjoy going to phone places but he made it very enjoyable. All of the folks in there are very nice. Most importantly they don't try to push you into a new phone they just help you out and show you some neat stuff!
