I don't want to gush because the review might read insincere or paid for, but I highly recommend this business. The three young men they sent, Brian, Isaac, and Juan, were professional, polite, and helpful. Brian took the lead brilliantly especially for someone so young, but was polite to his helpers. It was amazing how they were able to lift and maneuver some very large pieces through tight spots. They knew how to dismantle and reassemble furniture adeptly. They worked diligently through an 8.5 hour day. I also must say something about Becky, a chief office worker. She was very helpful and patient with my many questions and when I had to reschedule. I would definitely use Shetler Movers again.

What an absolutely fantastic experience! From the estimator who arrived on time to the young men that carried out our move, everything was nearly flawless! (Only issue was the slight rain!)nDakota, Andrew, and Jacob were highly competent, professional, polite, and a joy to work with during our two day move! We also had Bailey and Isaac who were with us one day each and were equally qualified and eager to help! It seems that sometimes the younger generation gets a bad wrap but I can tell you that this experience with these young men was awesome! The company should keep them happy and keep them on the payroll for years to come!

Excellent service and cost. They showed up on time and kept me just under the 2hr minimum that I was aiming for. I had a one bedroom to move and mainly needed help with all the heavier pieces. Jeremy & Kenneth were fantastic and very professional. Highly recommend!

Made my cross country move extremely simple and easy. Mallorie was fantastic, and there was no muss or fuss. The team that moved me took excellent care of my things, not a single item lost or damaged. They assembled everything, went through a high value checklist quickly and efficiently. I was constantly communicated to and every time I reached out, I received a detailed response within 15 - 20 minutes. Everything was exactly on time, and when they needed a small extension, they took care of an extra night of lodging. My invoice came in under estimate, the which was a very stand up move. I will definitely be using them again!

Shetler Moving refused to take responsibility for an apparent oversight their agent made during my move. This resulted in a $700 fee added to my bill. The appeal process with Shetler's parent company (Atlas World Group) was fast with a full $700 refund, though it all could have been avoided had Shetler done the right thing from the beginning.
