Employee very knowledgable and helpful
Bought my new phone on Morgan Ave and the guy Ty that sold me the phone was awesome. He was helpful and easy to communicate with. However I paid for a tempered glass screen protector only to find out there was none in stock. The big white guy said they would call me when they came in and here it is a week later and I never received a call. I have been trying to call them all week but NO ONE ever answers the phone! They need better employees!
So far so good way better than the last phone I had from metro.
