Just went into the Diamond ave. Location Hannah is AMAZING. She has stellar customer service skills! She is helpful and she listens. My mom is in town from up by Indy and she doesnt care for her local store owner too much he refuses to order what is needed in store. She had just gotten her new phone and case and the plastic of the case broke and they wouldn't order one for her so while here to visit we stopped by and Hannah helped us out immediately and with impeccable service skills! Thanks Hannah!!!!!

I like metro because there cheeper then other some companies however you're getting what you pay for because the service really sucks.the employees on the other hand are outstanding great customer service friendly

Not happy with the service,data don't work good half the time and has a lot of low service areas.
