I have been a customer of AT&T sobe they bought out my other carrier. A long time. I have been a customer of this store since they opened the doors. I have 2 Granddaughters on my account also. I have bought so many cell phones from this store. Just bought me a new one a few weeks ago. I bought a $47.00 screen protector, which they had to order. They put it on for me, like I have always had them put on when I bought a new phone. They put it on wrong. It's off center, bubbles really bad. I went back the next day. Was told their was nothing they could do for me. Best Buy honors their work. Read their reviews. Needless to say, now I have to find a new store. I have sent so many customers their also. I'm just hurt I was treated like this.

I just upgraded my wifes phone for her. Shes been staying at home because of the pandemic for six weeks and shes had her Note 8 for two years. So i thought Id get her a new one to cheer her up. Gage the proffesional at the store who helped me was unbelievable. He was extremely knowledgeable and the friendliest associate I have ever dealt with. His cohort Taylor who also chipped in was equally so. Solely based on these twos knowledge, sincerity and willingness to help no matter how many questions I had, I will never go any where else for any wireless service concerns I have. They are a huge asset to this store. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

This is literally the slowest store I have ever been to in my life. Seems as if they only have one employee for the entire store. I arrived two hours before they closed to deal with their billing error after purchasing a new phone the previous day. Wasn't even seen. Thanks for the time wasted that I'll never get back.
