Walmart Supercenter

I live close by, it's a matter of convienance.

Walmart is a place at times to get what you need.

The store was clean and had decent selections, but the customer service left much to be desired. I went there to have the oil changed in my car. I waited more than 10 minutes for someone to come check me in (I saw at least 3 employees walking back and forth in the bays during this time). I then went into the store to try and find some assistance. The bay employees just shrugged at me and carried on with what they were doing. No one was behind the service desk. I waited another 2 minutes before going back to my car. When I got back to the car one of the service bay employees that I saw walking around before came out to greet me and check me in. He was polite but he certainly took his time in helping me. The same of the people behind the counter. Three men were behind the counter at one point doing some kind of paperwork, yet none offered to help check me out even though I was standing in the correct spot marked on the floor. One kept glancing at me before going back to his papers. Finally another person went behind the counter and he helped me. I understand that these are strange times we live in with the virus and everything but even if only one person is permitted to contact customers, the others could at least tell me that is the case and go find that person instead of just ignoring me. I have never received such poor customer service before.

Low in variety of stock. Everything behind glass needs customer service to purchase. Hard to find those people.

Vision center will not go out of their way for much. Wont even ship contacts.
