Absolutely love her gluten free bakery and healthy products!! Met her in person at my chiropractor in Eugene. She gave me a sample of her muffins and wow are they delicious and moist! Ellen makes the best cookies... so moist. Like they just came out of the oven! They’re perfect for weekly meetings and Monday mornings at work!

The baker is so incredibly nice and talented. She makes vegan and organic baked goods taste actually amazing!
