Wonderful employees and small baking company! The pastries are amazingly delicious and cheaper than any other gluten free bakery I have found. I highly recommend Elegant Elephant to those with dietary restrictions!

Keto Cake! It took a week to find a bakery that would make one and it was so far beyond my expectations... My wife is ecstatic. There isnt enough space here to describe it. Super creamy frosting, perfect balance of sweet and textures. I had the fruit added even though it wasn't technically Keto. I'll be a customer forever if this is any representation of the rest of their products.
