Went in today to get a new device and when I walked in the store had a few customers ahead of me with only 1 employee who I will say handled herself super well and made everyone feel calm while she was being super patient with us all. Her name is Marissa and she answered all of my questions regarding my new phone and was very friendly and had answers to each person who came into the store. Thanks for all your help today, Marissa!! Great experience!!
Marissa and Ethan were both very kind while dealing with a stressful hotspot situation. Marissa went out of her way to get us some SIM cards. Very much appreciate them both. This location is also the cleanest Verizon I have ever been to. Would recommend any and everyone to come to this store!
This Verizon store in Martinsville,IN is the best. I go there for all my cellular needs & have never been disappointed. They are very professional & up to date on everything that is going on in the cellular world. They go above & beyond to try to help with your needs. I give them an A+++ rating.

It would be nice of our phones work in Verizon wireless don't knew what they were doing I we pay 200 almost $300 out of a Month and our phones don't work but no one at Verizon wireless knows what they're doing.
