If I could give zero stars I would. My unit was broken into, to no fault of my own other than having my stuff stored here. It was cut into from the inside and all of my childhood items where stolen including gifts from a deceased grandparent, yearbooks, and other priceless memorabilia. Multiple units were broken into as well. Storage express was supposed to come in and do a work order, fixing the unit. That didn’t happen. I HAD to store a couch there and the couch was physically moved, luckily not stolen, however multiple units, that had previously been full with items, were broken into. Then, another unit was cut into as well.nnTo save you from the hassle, make sure the walls in your storage unit have concrete and not just a metal sheet. Sure, insurance can give me money, but those are priceless items gone.
Clean. Low maintenance. Friendly staff. 24 hour kiosk. Well lit and monitored. Couldn't be happier.

They offer insurance amazing. Rates clean great customer service n it has a kiosk by the gate where you can get a lock pay your bill n you can speak with a live rep n they will help you with any thing you need.
Very friendly staff, we got a good deal on our storage unit, & the unit is clean!!
