Have been a customer for many, many years. Sharon has been instrumental in keeping me a customer. I know she has since moved to a different role however, I continue to have nothing but positive experiences with great employees. Anne has always been very friendly and helpful. And, just today the two men they sent to fix an appliance that had stopped working were extremely friendly and professional. They got the job done in no time at all. I one hundred percent recommend anyone to use their business for your needs.
Mattie went above & beyond locating my Range! Paperwork was a breeze! Anne did my contract & was super friendly & efficient! Everyone we have encountered, either by phone or in person, has been awsome. Delivery guys were polite, on time & explained details on my Range. Might not be everytime but, I got NEXT-DAY-DELIVERY! Yay!
Would suggest anywhere but here. Anna is rude, speaks over you, interrupts—unprofessional. Will NOT be a repeat customer because of her and her alone. She needs to get in check and realize customers keep her in a job. Learn business Anna.nnAnd don’t call me about this or any other issue you have. You’re rude and need fired.nnSave yourselves. You’re paying thousands more for a TV stand that costs $500. Its absurd.nnThe problem is Anne the mouth piece. She needs to learn how to talk to customers.
Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Their sales and pricing options are great and competitive. I’ve gotten washers and dryers from here as well as full living room sets. They are clean and professional when they deliver and set-up appliances and furniture.
This is a great business!!! Everyone there is extremely helpful and strive to make you happy with your purchases. I've had nothing but the best customer service from all employees at this store. They're attentive, pleasant, and are very knowledgeable in their products. I always leave their store happy with them and their services.
