I took a labtop in there after keeping 6 weeks the told me they could not find a mother board for it, they charged me to look at. Fast forward some time in the future i try to open it up they have the screws glued in and they stole my hard drive. These people are crooks! Stay away from them.

I think this place is about to collapse, half a year ago at least they had something like two employees for the entire thing. So here's the story: Half a year ago I got fed up with one of my computer's disks (the main one) never having enough space, so I brought it to them to install a larger disk for more space. But either something I did or they did caused the graphics card to be gone or not updated or something, so they basically had to do a clean installation of Windows. I had Windows 8. They installed Windows 10. Fine. Whatever. Except now I couldn't do this one workaround I had for the computer's headphone jack not working, so I brought it back to try and get that fixed. They couldn't figure it out. (They being the one person they had there to fix stuff.) After weeks I finally just took it back and dealt with it. Jump forward to now, six months later, and Windows is asking me to activate it. As far as I can tell the version of Windows 10 they installed is the one used for companies, not home use, so now I don't have a way to bloody activate the figgin thing! Long story short I don't think they know what they're doing there. We used to use them when we needed to years ago and they were fine. Now? I'm not so sure. I'm gonna call them. I hate phones but that's besides the point. Anyway, yeah. I can't recommend.

These lying sons of guns bought my buddies stolen lap top from a homeless man (who stole the laptop). Upon tracking down the laptop to their shop via Find my Mac, the store refused knowing anything and said they never had the Mac multiple times. The store the proceeded to wipe his stolen Mac, remove all stickers, and then said the homeless man removed the stickers and wiped the Mac before they received it. He must’ve been a real tech genius to do all of that on the short bus ride from down town to over by Sam’s club with no outside tools to assist. 3 days later after calling in some favors, the Mac magically appeared in their possession! Funny how that works. Worst shop ever, knowingly buys stolen products, and then refuses to return the items. Never go here!

These people are liars! They bought my stolen computer and lied to me for 3 days about having it. The lady at the front desk is the worst of them all. They removed everything from my computer and did not even apologize for buying the stolen laptop. Makes me wonder how many other stolen computers are in there. Horrible people and a horrible business

I have found their skills to match mine and I am pretty knowledgeable. They know hardware, software, and diagnosis extremely well. Their job is to get you up and going and get you back to where you left off as quickly as possible and sometimes when matching older hardware with newer hardware you have to work through the system and the drivers to make everything work seamlessly. When dealing with a virus that will write to a million files and damage your data you have to be realistic and hope for the best. They can provide that relief. I have found that they are courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, fun to deal with and their prices are reasonable, and I speak as one who has done business there for 20 years randomly on the fly. Your doing something right if you have been in business for that long. If you need someone to help you in the computer world fix your problems and get you back down the road they are a good choice and have been for me. They are your local hometown computer repair center in Bloomington Indiana that can get the job done. That's been my experience[s]. If you are looking for help, call them and talk to them. They get busy from time to time (my only complaint) but other than that complaint, I have none.nnPSS ~ Also I have found I have options when I shop there that Instead of buying expensive new parts they also have a wide array and selection of competitive bargain basement parts that are an option for you too if you are shopping and you are frugal like me. I pick up many peripherals for rock bottom dollar prices there. Where do they shine most? Knowing hardware and software integration without bottleneck opposition in caching! They understand the difference between buying a BRAND and a no name BRAND with the same or better performance bench marks and that in turn saves customers like me big bucks! To a savvy shopper, that's extremely important! I think that's where they shine and that's a benefit to shoppers just like me! I will be returning! Thanks Computer Club House. ~ John Arnold Bloomington Indiana.
