Convenient location with amazing service! I love that I walked in the store and did not have to wait! I also appreciate that the staff centered on the needs of the client. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure that I had the right phone and plan that aligned with my daily needs. I highly recommend this store!
I had a great experience at this Verizon store. Ryan was extremely helpful and friendly! There was NO WAIT!! Also he gave my parents and I a wonderful deal for my upgrade and their move from AT&T to Verizon. I would highly recommend going to this store if you’re in need of QUICK help! Verizon's Ryan McConnell is well worth the drive to 4011 South Old State Road 37. He took the time to understand the root problem of my phone woes and helped me to find the right setting to fix the problem permanently. The problem was deep enough that it was not addressed by any YouTube videos I could find. Folks at other Verizon stores had been unable to help me except with cursory solutions that turned out not to work, and it was a relief to get my problem solved. Go visit Ryan at Clear Creek Crossing!
Ryan was incredibly helpful with making sure I was aware of my options. He never wasted time or tried to upsell me on things unrelated to why I was there. And I’m very thankful he told me about a different promotion that ended up saving us money.nnMy only issue was a smaller selection of accessories than other Verizon retailers, but that’s not much of an issue when they’re sold just about everywhere.
This store provides wonderful service. This is my second phone from here. I came into the store because my previous phone had quit working. Ryan assisted me from start to finish and I could not be happier. I highly recommend visiting this store if you need assistance in learning about your phone or services.
