I’m a current customer so I stopped in today to see if someone could help me copy my contacts from another phone. The gal who helped me was so knowledgeable and figured out a way to get it done in only a few minutes! Thank you both for your help. It was a very hot day and you were sitting outside under the tent dealing with a difficult customer but you both handled It with ease! Great job ud83dude0a

My wife ended up switching to my T-Mobile plan after receiving terrible customer service from the local AT&T store. Evan L provided great customer service and made sure we got what we needed.

Monday...Evan and Meghan were amazing and they figured out and fixed the issue with mine and my daughters phones. Today had to go back because I got an iPhone instead of a Samsung watch and Meghan took care of everything and stayed on the phone for an hour with the TMobile rep to get things fixed and I should have my watch before Mother's Day. Sydney and Meghan also fixed my screensaver on my phone. This is a great store!!

Let me begin by saying that I have been a T-Mobile customer for about 15 years now. We stay with T-Mobile because of their customer service, they always go above and beyond for us. Luckily, we also have a local store where we recently spent about 3 hours at. 3 hours may seem alarming at first, but it was by choice, we had a tall order to fill (2 new phones and traded with mother-in-law of another which included transfer of data and my phone battery below 30%). Jose was so great, patient, entertaining, and of course knowledgeable, answering all one hundred of our questions. In a time where customer service seems scarce, T-Mobile and Jose are a welcome respite.

Went in to set up a phone line with T-Mobile. When I got in there Austin helped me pick out a phone within my budget. He was also very knowledgeable about the products they carried. Overall service was fast and he gave me all the information I needed. Definitely a great store with a well trained friendly staff.
