We had a very important computer for our business go down. Timmy and the owner were quick to understand the crisis we were in. They had me bring to them right away and they had the computer fixed and working by 4:00p same day. Their responsiveness to our situation and ability to solve our problem so quickly is amazing. If I could give this place 10 stars. I would. Hands down! I'm going to have one very happy 6 yr old this evening for his bday! Affordable, thorough, attentive, helpful, AND FRIENDLY!? Hey, I brought my xbox one x here to get fixed and they actually some how messed it up further. To be exact, they set me back $75 !! They had the thing for almost 2 weeks and actually managed to break it further. I have picture proof from an actual professional of the terrible job they did. They clearly lack expertise with consoles and I highly recommend never getting one fixed here. Also, they gave me my xbox one x back the first time apparently fixed and it was still broken when I got home. Overall, just a heart wrenching experience.
Very knowledgeable employees. Was told an hour and took almost 3 hours. Would have been 5 star otherwise. Very satisfied with the quality of the work.
