John was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He sorted out all kinds of issues with my online order and and phone order and went above and beyond to share details and explain the plan and pricing. He was very patient while porting our numbers from another carrier and made sure I was satisfied with everything before leaving. There was not a question I had that he couldn't answer.
This review is for the store inparticular and the merger withT Mobile generally. if i could give 0 stars I would the T mobile merger has made everything about dealing with my cel phone miserable and very difficult and the store in bloomington suddenly demanding a down payment for an upgrade seems at best suspect and at worst breech of contract. I highly recommend steering away from this carrier if you can. 3 solid days of trying to do no more than upgrade my phone either in person or by telephone has made me a very angry consumer and the manager at the store lacking the ability to diffuse and deescalate my frustration achieved nothing but more anger.

Very nice people there, got a great deal and look forward to more business with them. I switched carriers and got a great phone for free (it's a $900 phone).
Daniel is a pleasure to deal with truly and asset to the Bloomington, In store. Daniel not only helped me get a better phone but made my visit truly enjoyable. Daniel has a huge future in the sprint company I see him going far with his amazing customer service skills and knowledge of products. Truly an amazing visit to the store. Straight forward and efficient!!! 10 out of 10!!! Need more like Daniel in customer service/ retail world!!!
