Erik in copying and printing did an outstanding job putting very important documents into three different PDFs, assuring me that if they did not show up in my email at home (I don’t have a cell phone) he would redo everything. Excellent, conscientious, and highly professional service! I was able to forward the email with the three PDFs to the Small Business Association in order to receive a much needed loan during this pandemic! Bravo Erik!

When you see a large retail store like this your first thought is that you will just be another customer to them but that is not the case with this staples. The manager Brandon and his employees run this store like a mom and pop shop where you feel like family. I know that’s crazy to say about a corporate store but they really do. They do a lot for the community and always know the best way to help you out when you come in. If you need graphic design work for your business or just office supplies they got what you need.

Wow service! Greeted at the door, bought a chair they carried to the register and offered to carry it out. I forgot my rewards info and they got me fixed up and even reversed the transaction to make sure it got on the rewards card. Everyone was polite and helpful, especially Michael.

This is a standard Staples store with the expected amenities. The online printing orders are completed much faster than predicted, which is good, but the staff oddly interpret certain copyright regulations, which limits their ability to assist customers in completing in-store printing orders. It's a good place to get office and school supplies, and they have pretty good sales at the beginning of the school year.
