We let the jewelry department staff know we were interested in purchasing some earrings and they blatantly ignored us. After we waited for about 20 minutes we left because they continued to serve others who came after us.

Staff working in returns/ pickup are very professional and always willing to help.

Came in on August 11 and the curbside attendant went above and beyond to fulfill my order early and get it out to me very quickly. Highly recommend this curbside pickup.

A true gem of a store!! This is my favorite Macy’s for good reason. It’s not huge and has that old department store charm to it. You can obviously tell this used to be a L.S Ayers from the style of the store. ud83dude0d
