Such a fun store. Lots of options and I loved the Latino/a touch to the bakery. The pastries were a little too sweet and dry for my liking, but maybe I picked the wrong ones. Again, there is a huge variety to select from. Both walls, register, and bread island are packed with options. Maybe they seemed dry to me because there were so many options that they sat out for longer? I’m not sure. Overall, good store if you’re not picky about getting the absolute top notch pastry.

I ordered a birthday cake three days prior to when I needed it. When I went to pick it up I was told it was never made. When I inquired about other option no one seemed to care and just repeated that the cake was never made. I understand mistakes happen but it was the lack of options and the overall carelessness of the staff that was upsetting. On a positive not I did receive a refund and I learned to never return to this establishment.

Ordered a cake more than a week ahead of time as a surprise for my mom who loves the cakes here. Came in at the scheduled pickup time and was told that they can't find the order after an hour of waiting for them to figure it out. They did not offer any discount or apologies for the inconvenience. Those who speak the language get higher priority than everyone else there it seems. They need to come up with a new ordering system because the piles of papers on the counter aren't working out. My family and I will not be returning because it's not worth the risk. Thank god it wasn't for a big event that day but the staff should treat every order as if it is because to that customer it may be. Bottom line is that if someone orders a cake it should be there. If you can't handle that many orders don't take them because your customer service is suffering big time.

I ordered rosca de Reyes. It was average. Missing flavor. The bread is ok. Cakes are good.

I love the bread. Being Hispanic myself coming here brings a little bit of home, but it's frustrating going anin hour or two after they open and they really don't have anything out other than the stuff from the day before. If you are going to open in the morning wouldn't it be logical to have all the bread ready to go before opening up shop ? I don't understand the concept of let's bake the bread at the same time customers are coming in when there is really nothing available for customers to even look ... As much as I love the bread here ... I don't think I'll come back. This has happening more than a couple of times.
