I needed a same day appt. 6/24. I was booked for a 5p appointment and was walking out the door at 6:30p. It was fantastic service! They gave efficient service and enhanced my beauty all at the same time. You can't ask for better.

My appointment was booked for 2.5 hours for a spa day from Groupon that included a 30-minute Swedish massage, a manicure, a pedicure, and a microdermabrasion facial. I arrived on time and filled out my paperwork and went back first for a pedicure. Before she had a chance to polish my toes, the massage therapist was ready so I went to get my massage next. The massage therapist, Travis, was absolutely wonderful. After my massage I went for my manicure. I had asked them if they would upgrade me to a fill for my acrylic nails and they agreed for an upcharge of $20. By the time my nails were filled (and not even polished), I had been there for three hours and only completed a pedicure without polish, a 30 minute massage, and a fill. I informed her that I needed to leave to pick up my son on time and they offered for me to return a different day to complete my spa day. She was ringing me up and I gave her my card and asked her what the total came to. She said I'm getting ready to give you a receipt and ran it without giving me the amount. The receipt was for $119 initially because she rang mine with my mother's and when I questioned her, she said that included a gratuity they chose as well as the upgraded facial I purchased for my mom. I said fine, because at this point, I was past three hours and needed to leave. She then took an additional five minutes to fix the amount on my ticket. I will not return to this spa, not would I recommend it to anyone.
