The worst phone company. I Signed documents for a set price and set plan only to be told 2 weeks later my bill is way more then what I signed for. I do not recommend switching to sprint. They like to make it sound really good only to slip in extra fees and raise your bill like you won’t notice.
I went into Sprint today, fearing the worst, as my phone would no longer take a charge. The guys, Shane & Josh went out of their way to help me. I left the store with a phone that I can now charge!! If every store had the staff that Sprint does, it would be a much nicer world. They were not only kind, but helpful, polite & professional! Keep up the great work. I will be back - hopefully without problems the next time. Thank you so much!!
These guys activated my new phone in 5-10 min. The last time I activated a phone at a different shop it took 2 house. I was really surprised .. in a good way. Nice easy and good service.
The guys were attentive. Far more helpful than the corporate store. They provided an out of the box solution which saves me money longterm.
