The salesperson (Vianey) told outright lies including discriminatory practices, (only certain people qualify for a new phone, but we can't tell you the qualifications and it's not based on credit) claiming accessories were free and then charging for them, and automatically adding upcharges and saying that it was our only option. When we tried to get our money back, they refused to issue a refund.

My new experience here the Store manager Brian reached out to me last week because of my last experience I had with the customer service representative. He made things right he explained what was happening and was very apologetic. He offered what he could do for me even though i purchased my new phone at a different store. He reconciled the damage. He made me feel welcomed and most importantly him and his wife showed me they really care about their customers.He also extended the olive branch by personally going out of his way to call a few times but saw he couldn't get in touch with me he the text me. Such a very smart business man. That's the level of customer service that builds long lasting loyral and dedicated relationships. However. I am very pleased what the manager has done for me in paying this month's phone bill for me. I really appreciate his honesty and caring additude.
